“Do we have any more?”
Nobody knows what is on which shelf. The answer lives in someone’s head, and they are not here today.
By invitation · Made for any kind of stock
Inventory Management is the simple way to track items, expiry dates and stock levels across all your shops. Made for medicines, groceries, supplies and anything else you count.
Access is by invitation. Sign in with the email your shop owner used, and we will send you a one-time code.
The problem
Most shops and households run on a notes app, a spreadsheet and sheer memory. It works, until it does not.
Nobody knows what is on which shelf. The answer lives in someone’s head, and they are not here today.
Dates are printed small and found late. One expired bottle in the wrong cupboard is one too many.
You find out something is gone when you reach for it, and the shop is already shut.
Features
Four tools, built around how people really keep a cupboard, a shelf or a stockroom.
Every item shows its status at a glance: healthy, expiring soon, expired or low on stock. A restock list gathers what needs replacing, and one tap marks it done.
A Monday summary email and alerts on your device, before anything goes off.
Scan a barcode with your camera, or point it at an expiry date and it fills the field for you. The date is read on your device, and nothing is uploaded. Have a spreadsheet? Import it as a CSV.
Run a home, a clinic cupboard and a shop from one sign-in. Invite people, see who changed what, and print a report across every shop you own.
How it works
Three steps. No setup call, no training.
Step 01
Your shop owner adds your email. Sign in with a one-time code, with no password to remember.
Step 02
Scan, snap a photo, import a CSV or type it in. Name, quantity and expiry take half a minute.
Step 03
Check the dashboard, get reminders before things expire, and restock from one list.
Shop types
Pick a shop type with the right forms, units and storage places, or create your own. It is as simple as naming your shelves.
Strengths, tablets and liquids, with expiry front and centre.
Boxes, bottles and bags with best-before dates and low-stock alerts.
Batteries, paper, parts. Name the lists yourself and count whatever you like.
